Offered exclusively by Shorebreak Realty, stay at one of the 27 condos that make up The Dunes in Towsends Inlet. Condos are throughout 3 buildings- The Dunes, The Cove, and The Cape. There is a 3-night minimum during the summer and a 2-night minimum between Labor Day and Memorial Day weekend, with check-ins allowed any day of the week.

When can I contact someone at the office?
We are open all year-round, Monday-Sunday from 9:00am-5:00pm. If you are working with a sales agent to buy or sell a home, you can reach them on their personal cell phone or work e-mail at any time.
Where do I check-in for rentals?
Our new office is located on the corner of JFK Boulevard and Landis Avenue. It is next to the Ludlam Bar & Grill and is in the same building as the newly renovated Ludlam Hotel.
What time can I pick up the keys and check-in?
If you will be staying at The Dunes, Cove, or Cape, you may check-in between 3pm-5pm. If you are checking in for a weekly house rental, you may check-in between 1pm-5pm
What if I’m not able to get to the office by 5pm to pick-up a rental check-in packet?
Guests arriving after 5pm can get their keys from the Front Desk at the Ludlam Hotel until midnight. Please let us know that you will need other arrangements at least 24 hours before you are due to arrive. You may email [email protected] or call 609-263-1912 to do so.
What time is checkout?
If you will be staying at The Dunes, Cove, or Cape, you must checkout by 11am. If you are staying at a house rental, you must checkout by 10am. This is strictly enforced.

Of course! Call or walk-in to our office and we will get you in touch with a sales agent that will give you an accurate market analysis of your property.
